How to delete it
- Open ATC Simulator 3D Voice Control on your device.
- Tap the Settings control in the top bar.
- Tap Delete cloud data, then confirm.
- The record is removed immediately. Nothing is queued or held for review.
If you cannot reach the control, because the app will not start or the device is gone, email contact@codoha.com and we will delete the record for you. Because there is no account, we may need to ask which installation to remove.
What is deleted
- The installation record itself: the device key, the allowance counters and any active session lease.
- The service events recorded against that installation.
- Any messages you sent from Help & feedback, with the email address if you gave one.
- Any link between that installation and a store purchase.
This happens in one operation, so nothing personal is left behind after the app reports success. Deleting the cloud record does not reset or grant another free allowance.
What stays on your device
Your progress, settings and training history are stored locally and never leave the device, so deleting the cloud record does not touch them. To remove those, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app.
If you delete nothing
Records expire on their own. Service events are deleted automatically after 90 days. An installation record that has not been used is deleted after three years. Voice audio is never part of this: it is transcribed for the radio call you just made and is not retained at all.
